Coming to (Aaron) for lessons has really taught me what my voice can and cannot do. Aaron has taught me how to project my voice better, as well as how to hold those high notes. This is really important to me as an artiste as well as a host.

I have been singing since I was young, and all these years, I developed certain habits and certain ideas of what my voice could sound like or does sound like. I was so stuck with certain ideas of what I knew my voice could do! After just a few lessons with Aaron, he has really helped me to explore that, to push that idea by learning certain vocal techniques and ways to project my voice. I think I have really improved in terms of my range and my control!

Previously, I (had) a monotonous voice and that affected my acting quite a bit. After (a few) lessons with Aaron, I have learnt more about voice control and voice projection, and I think I can see my progression and I’m very happy with it!

My voice (usually) sounds airy when I sing. Through the techniques that Aaron has taught me during the vocal class, I have learnt to produce a more solid voice now, and I am also seeing quite a lot of improvement (after a few classes).

Would highly recommend this introductory course to anyone who is interested in how our voice works scientifically and how to isolate and aurally recognise which individual muscles affects what comes out when we use our voice.

Will Definitely go for future workshops and courses to further solidify my understanding of human voice through the Estill voice studies.

Aaron has been my vocal coach and mentor for the past 10 years. He is extremely patient and is very detailed in his teaching. I have gained much from his guidance and support, especially during the time when I was competing in the Sunsilk Academy Fantasia 2012 reality singing competition.

He inspired me to reach for greater heights and to challenge myself in whatever I do. Now, I am working in the music industry fulltime doing performances, teaching and production. I also take part in local films and songwriting projects. I am still taking vocal lessons from Aaron, and he will always be my mentor and friend!

I have learnt about singing from Aaron, being one of the students that he personally trained to become vocal instructors. He has taught me a lot of the logic and analysis that is required when teaching singing, and also gone very in-depth into understanding how we sing and how we as vocal instructors can guide others to sing better.

His teaching techniques are clear and easy to understand, and they make learning all the more fun and interesting! Now, I am a qualified vocal instructor, and I am using the very techniques taught to me by Aaron to teach others! I am also now pursuing certification in Estill Voice Teaching, after having obtained my Certificate of Figure Proficiency in 2015!
